After analyzing the needs of the training we define the goals, tasks and modules of execution of the training program. We prepare and propose a PROGRAM for the execution of the training and a plan for the facilitation of the event.

The training is executed in accordance with the approved program as an individual or group influence on the basis of interactive, easy to assimilate trainings with positive emotions. 4. Training analysis:


HR Center ENDO-MED Management&Development prepares an analysis with applied statistical photo and video materials for evaluation of the achieved advancement and goals of the training. Recommendations for future steps are applied.
